Gaukhar Muratbekovna Konayeva completed her Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Philology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University between 1997 and 2001, and finished her Master's degree at the same faculty in 2003. From 2003 to 2016, she worked in various positions, including a teacher in a secondary school, a higher education specialist at KazNU, and a lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science. Between 2016 and 2019, she pursued her Doctoral studies (PhD) in Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, KazNU.
